1. Please send us the report for me to review the logs.
2. Did you recently update the Hatch 3 or your Windows Operating System?
3. Any recent software or hardware installed?
The error Security Error: System time has been altered (H0045) in Hatch Embroidery 3 is a protective measure triggered by the software's license management system (Sentinel HASP).
STEPS to follow:
1. Synchronize Windows Time
The most effective fix is to force a synchronization with a reliable time server.
Open the Control Panel and select Date and Time.
Go to the Internet Time tab and click Change settings...
Ensure Synchronize with an internet time server is checked.
In the "Server" box, type time.google.com or time.windows.com and click Update now.
Click OK and restart your computer.
2. Verify Time Zone Settings
If your time is "correct" but your time zone is wrong, the license will still fail.
Otherwise, please follow the steps below and let me know how it goes.
1. Close Hatch 3
2. Open Windows Updates and Settings to make sure your Windows OS is running it latest update.
3. Open the File Explorer
4. Locate this path - C:\ProgramData\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery\3
5. Delete the CEF Folder
6. Then restart Hatch 3 and see if the crash persists
