Security Error : Unknown Error ( H0078 ) when logging into Hatch

If you get the Unknown Error (H0078) while trying to login to Hatch V3.

Follow the solution below. 






Solution:


In your Windows Explorer, open this path: C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\30918
Delete xxxxxxxxxx_base.v2c and xxxxxxxxxxx_update1.v2c






Then, launch the Hatch V3.
Hatch should work as expected.


Note: If you cannot locate the folder C:\ProgramData\Wilcom, it may be hidden, please see here to reveal the folder
