SOLUTION: Delete v2c files
STEPS:
Please navigate to the following folder, it may be hidden. See here:
How to show any hidden folder, eg the ProgramData folder (hatchembroidery.com)
C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\30918
Delete files with the following ending:
XXX_base.v2c
XXX_update1.v2c
XXX_update2.v2c
XXX_update3.v2c
A valid license to run Hatch Embroidery 3 could not be found (H0007) may appear, please follow the steps here: A valid license to run Hatch Embroidery could not be found. (H0007) in Hatch 3 [Mac or Windows PC]
NOTE: H0041 is not a bug, that's a feature. Hatch software will display H0041 if you haven't connected to the license server to validate their credentials for some time. Unless your computer is connected to the Internet, but something (like firewall?) is blocking Hatch from accessing the license server.
