Feature has expired (H0041) in Hatch 4

ISSUE:  Feature has expired (H0041) 


 



SOLUTION:

 

Navigate to the following folder, it may be hidden.  See here:

How to show any hidden folder, eg the ProgramData folder (hatchembroidery.com)

 

C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\23325

 

Delete files with the following ending:

 

XXX_base.v2c

XXX_update1.v2c

XXX_update2.v2c

XXX_update3.v2c

  

 





AlertNOTE:  H0041 is a feature. Hatch software will display the error code H0041 if you haven't connected to the license server to validate your credentials for some time. Unless your computer is connected to the Internet, but something (like firewall?) is blocking Hatch from accessing the license server.
