Security Error: The license to run this product has expired. Error code H0041
SOLUTION: Delete v2c files
STEPS:
1. Tell Windows to Show hidden items: How to show any hidden folder, eg the ProgramData folder (hatchembroidery.com)
2. In File Explorer go to the following folder:
- For Hatch 3: C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\30918
- For Hatch 4: C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\23325
3. Delete files with the following ending:
- XXX_base.v2c
- XXX_update1.v2c
- XXX_update2.v2c
- XXX_update3.v2c
4. Restart Hatch
