Security Error: License has expired

Security Error: License has expired

ISSUE: License has expired while using Hatch 3.  or License will expire in 10 days.

Follow the steps below:

 

1. Save your designs if not done yet. 


2. Click File > Sign out and Release License to close Hatch 3

 

3. Restart the computer. 

 

4. Open Hatch 3 software and sign in.

 

This will open Hatch 3 w/o the Security Error.
