How do I release my Hatch Embroidery 4 license to use on a different computer?

1. License management: Each licensed copy of the software is for a single user.
   
2. You may install Hatch Embroidery on multiple computers but only one active session can be used at one time
   

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not use the "Sign out and Release License", your license will remain in active status. Even if you have closed the software and even if you have uninstalled the software from that computer.  

  

STEPS on the First Computer

From Hatch Embroidery Main Menu

Click 'File'

Click 'Sign Out and Release License'

Then sign in on the Second Computer

In the instance that you need to sign in on the Second Computer and forgot to Sign out on the First Computer, follow the steps below. 

STEPS:

Sign in to launch Hatch 4.

If you are signed in to Hatch 4 in your first computer, the session management message box will appear on the 2nd computer

Clicking Continue will allow you to use Hatch 4 on your second computer. 

 

 

 

Your view on your first computer

Click View all sessions:

Sign in

Hover to your account

Click Sessions

Click END SESSION button if you want to terminate the active session from the 2ND Computer

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you do nothing from the first computer, then click CONTINUE button on the second computer,  both HATCH 4 will be displayed. Expectation: Hatch 4 on your first computer is now greyed out, with no option to sign out or release it.

Click File Exit Program

   

 

 

 

 

 

If the second computer has signed out and release the Hatch 4 license, Hatch embroidery session box will not see any sessions
