Cloned Sentinel SL found (H0064) and Hatch 3 will not load



Cause: HASP SL User-mode is CLONED 

To verify: 

Open http://localhost:1947/

Click SENTINEL Keys and locate Key Type column that shows HASP SL UserMode CLONED





Solution: 

 

1. Open Windows File Explorer and UNHIDE the ProgramData Folder. To unhide the folder, follow the steps from this link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/file-explorer-in-windows-ef370130-1cca-9dc5-e0df-2f7416fe1cb1

2. Remove folder 30918 from C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed 

3. Reinstall the HASP Driver 






4. Re-open Hatch 3
