Unable to load Hatch Embroidery with white splash screen on startup

There are two possible causes for this issue.

1. Your Hatch Embroidery software is attempting to sign into an older version of the software; however, you have already upgraded to a newer version of Hatch Embroidery, or a Microsoft Windows update has been installed recently that has affected the login screen.

Solution:
  1. Delete the following folder and all of its contents.
  1. Hatch V4
  2. C:\ProgramData\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery\Hatch Embroidery 4\CEF
  1. Hatch V3
  2. C:\ProgramData\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery\3\CEF
  1. Restart the Computer
  2. Restart Hatch

NOTE: If you do not find the C:\ProgramData, it may be hidden on your computer. You can show it by changing the settings in your File Explorer.

2. The issue is caused by PCs that do not support graphics acceleration, which helps improve the Hatch home screen loading speed.

When installing new updates for Hatch Embroidery 3, the graphics acceleration setting will be reset, causing the white screen to reappear.

It is highly advisable to consider upgrading your PC to one that supports graphics acceleration.
