Unable to load Hatch Embroidery 3 with white splash screen on startup

There are two possible issues.

1. Your Hatch is attempting to sign into an older version of the software, however, you have already upgraded to a newer version of Hatch or an Microsoft Windows update has been installed recently that has affected the login screen.

Solution:
Delete the following folder and all of its contents.
C:\ProgramData\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery\3\CEF
Restart the Computer
Restart Hatch

NOTE: If you do not find the C:\ProgramData, it may be hidden on your computer. You can show it by changing the settings in your File Explorer.

2. Issue is caused by PCs that do not supporting graphics acceleration, which helps improve the Hatch home screen loading speed.

When installing new updates for Hatch V3, it will reset the graphics acceleration setting which causes the white screen to appear again.

It is highly advisable to consider upgrading your PC to a later specification that has support for graphics acceleration.
