I have not received a registration validation email
If you have not received a registration validation email when signing up your new Hatch Embroidery account, follow these directions:
- Go to wilcom.com/hatch and sign into your account.
- If you forgot your password, on the sign-in popup, click “Password Reminder” and it will be sent to you.
- Once signed in, go to https://www.wilcom.com/hatch/verification.aspx. If you see “You do not have access to this content”, your account is already verified.
- Click to “Resend my verification email” and go to your email inbox.
- In the email, click “Activate my account” and now you can continue to run Hatch Embroidery and the 30 Day Free Trial will be activated.
