I have lost my menu bar (Hatch 2)

I have lost my Menu bar!  What should I do?

Don't panic! You are not the first person to do this.

Firstly, have a look around your screen. Most of the time, people move it somewhere by mistake without realizing it. If you have dual monitors, make sure you haven't moved it across to the other monitor.

Still haven't found it?

You have two other options, but before doing them it is recommended that you BACK UP any custom motifs, threads, stamps and other things that you may have created.

1. Reset your software back to the factory default setup.

2.  Reset only your toolbars and menu bar

  • Open File Explorer
  • Go to the folder, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery Software V1\BIN"
  • Locate the file "ResetProfile.BAT"  and double-click it
Note: The toolbar layout of the Hatch Embroidery software interface is reset and the issue should be fixed.

If you have any questions or problems, please raise the ticket request here https://help.hatchembroidery.com

*Note: Hatch Embroidery and Wilcom are not responsible for the loss of any files as a result of following these steps above or others. If you are concerned about losing data, please contact the team so they can assist you.
