If you encounter the error message “A valid license to run Hatch Embroidery could not be found. (H0007)” when launching Hatch Embroidery 3, it may indicate that the license file on your computer has become corrupt and needs to be reinstalled.
Temporarily Disable Antivirus and Firewall:
Download and Install the Latest Version of Hatch Embroidery 3:
Hatch3_Setup.exe
file and select Run as Administrator to install the update.Set Hatch Embroidery 3 to Run as Administrator:
Reinstall the HASP Driver:
Add Wilcom Folders to Antivirus Exclusion List:
C:\Program Files\Wilcom
C:\ProgramData\Wilcom
