Hatch Embroidery 1 stays stuck on the Sign In page

Symptom: Hatch Embroidery 1 stays stuck on the Sign In page

OS : Windows 8.1 

Hatch Embroidery version: Version 1.0R R2

After typing in your Hatch Embroidery 1 registered email account and password, it stays stuck on the Sign In page. 


Solution: 

1. Make sure you're default internet browser is set to IE11 with the latest update.


2. Open the Control Panel > Internet Options > Security Tab > Internet as Highlighted > Drop the Security Level for this zone from Hight to Medium

3. Click Privacy Tab > Internet as Highlighted > ​Drop the Security Level for this zone from High to Medium
