Failed to Set DEP Policy and Unable to access sentinel runtime environment (H0033) when opening Hatch 2
STEPS:
1. Download the attached file HASP_RT.exe.
2. Replace the file HASP_RT.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 2\BIN with the downloaded HASP_RT.exe file.
RESULT: Failed to Set DEP Policy and Unable to access sentinel runtime environment (H0033) Eliminated
3. Open Hatch 2, A valid license to run Hatch Embroidery could not be found. (H0007) will appear
4. Click OK

If you get V2C unknown HASP API Error. Status code: 37 0 5266 49 after running the Re-install HASP Driver
5. Download the latest HASP Driver using this link Sentinel LDK Windows GUI Runtime Installer
6. Temporarily disable your software protection/Antivirus
7. Install the HASP Driver
RESULT: Hatch 2 will load with the sign-in page. Log in with your Hatch 2 account.
