Issue:


Steps to resolve the error:

Close the window by clicking OK button.

Open your Windows file explorer and locate this directory C:\ProgramData\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery\3
Delete the CEF folder.
Open Hatch 3 software and sign in again.
