Cloned Sentinel SL found (H0064) and Hatch 3 or Hatch 4 will not load

Error: Cloned Sentinel SL found (H0064)




Affected OS : Windows OS
Device: Mac via Parallels

Cause: HASP SL User-mode is CLONED   

To verify: 

Open http://localhost:1947/

Click SENTINEL Keys and locate Key Type column that shows HASP SL UserMode CLONED





SOLUTION: Remove the V2C files

Follow the STEPS below for Hatch Embroidery  4:  

 

1. Close Hatch Embroidery  4 

2. Open Windows File Explorer and UNHIDE the ProgramData Folder.  To unhide the folder, follow the steps from this link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/file-explorer-in-windows-ef370130-1cca-9dc5-e0df-2f7416fe1cb1

3. Open this directory C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\23325
  1.       Remove the v2c files 
4. Reinstall HASP Driver 



5. Restart the computer

6. Launch Hatch Embroidery  4

7.  If the error still appears

  1. Download the latest HASP driver from Knowledge Article - Thales Support Portal   
  2. Save the new HASP Driver in your local C: Drive [Windows OS]
  3. Right-click the HASP driver and choose run as admin to Re-install HASP the Driver from the Thales site
  4. Restart the computer

8.  Launch Hatch 4 Embroidery  software and sign in 



Follow the STEPS below for HATCH Embroidery  3: 


1. Close Hatch Embroidery 3
2. Open Windows File Explorer and UNHIDE the ProgramData Folder.  To unhide the folder, follow the steps from this link - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/file-explorer-in-windows-ef370130-1cca-9dc5-e0df-2f7416fe1cb1

3. Open this directory C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\30918 
  1.       Remove the v2c files 
4. Reinstall HASP Driver 



5.  Restart the computer
6.  Launch Hatch Embroidery 3
7. If the error still appears

  1. Download the latest HASP driver from Knowledge Article - Thales Support Portal   
  2. Save the new HASP Driver in your local C: Drive [Windows OS]
  3. Right click the HASP driver and choose run as admin to Re-install HASP the Driver from the Thales site
  4. Restart the computer 

8.  Launch Hatch Embroidery  3  software and sign in
