How to add Hatch to the exclusion of your Anti-Virus software?

Scenario: Your Anti-Virus / Protection Software has detected Hatch as a malicious file. 


Purpose: Stop your Anti-Virus / Protection Software from alerting you or blocking the program by adding the file or folder to the exclusions list. 


In order to add a Wilcom file, file type, folder, or process that your Anti-Virus / Protection Software has detected as a malicious file, follow the guidelines relevant to your installed protection software. 

 

The Wilcom Folder to add to your Anti-Virus Software exclusion list is listed below:

For Hatch 4  -  C:\Program Files\Wilcom and C:\ProgramData\Wilcom

For 64bit Hatch 3 - C:\Program Files\Wilcom and C:\ProgramData\Wilcom 

For 32bit Hatch 2 - C:\Program Files (x86) \Wilcom
