Hatch 3 desktop shortcut icon is missing

Symptom / Scenario: The Hatch 3 desktop icon is missing.




 SOLUTION:

  1. Open your Windows File Explorer
  2. locate C:\Program Files\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 3\BIN
  3. Then right-click the filename HatchEmbroidery.exe
  4. Select Send to > Desktop (Create Shortcut)  

This will then create a shortcut for HATCH 3 icon on your desktop.
