Connecting with Hatch Support in a Remote Session via Zoho Assist

Question: How do I remotely connect to Hatch Support using Zoho Assist?

After you have already submitted a ticket, and the Support agent has determined that a remote session is in order, you will need to work together to find an appropriate appointment time. We can have an unattended session, but prefer if you are available for the appointment,

Once your Agent has confirmed your appointment, wait until your appointment time. Shortly before your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to join th session. It will look like this:


Click Join Session.
This will take you to a page to download and install Zoho Assist. Click Agree and Download.

(After your session is over, the application will be removed)

Click Save.



Once your download is complete, install Zoho Assist and join the session.


Lastly, click Join.



You should now be connected to your Support Agent.
