Need to switch between inches and millimeters in Hatch Embroidery? It’s quick and easy to adjust the measurement settings to suit your preferences.

Steps to Change Measurement Units:

1. Open Hatch Embroidery:

   • Launch the software and open an existing design or start a new one.

2. Change Units via the Context Toolbar:

   • Locate the Context Toolbar at the top of the design window.
   • Find the Units dropdown (usually near options like machine or hoop selection).
   • Select Millimeters (mm) or Inches (in) from the list.

3. Alternative Method via Preferences:

   • Open the Settings menu (or Options, depending on your version).
   • Go to General or System Preferences.
   • Locate the Units setting and choose your preferred option: Inches or Millimeters.
   • Click OK or Apply to save the changes.

4. Restart the Software (If Required):

   • Some versions of Hatch may require a restart for changes to take effect.

Once updated, all measurements in the software will display in the selected unit.
