How to add hoops to my Hatch Embroidery software V2 and V3

First, set your software to metric.  It's best to create your hoops using mm rather than inches as the machines use mm internally. 

Next, go to your machine manual and find the page with the hoops listed.  Use the mm setting here, not what you see on the website as this may have been rounded for marketing purposes.

To create new hoops or to add your own hoops to the hoop list:
Select your machine type or select "Other" as your machine type
Now right click on the hoop icon: (1)
then click on "Create"  (2)



Another window will open as shown below:
Add the name of your hoop. (3)  (I usually add something like the machine name and the hoop size so I know the brand and size but you can add whatever is easy for you to recognize)
Select the shape of your hoop (4)
Add the width of the sewing field (5)
Add the heigth of the sewing field (6)
    Be sure you are adding the sewing field size and not the outer hoop size!
Click "Save Hoop" (7)
