Hatch Embroidery Digitizer 2 is compatible with the following CorelDRAW products ONLY.
You must own one of the above-listed versions of CorelDRAW in order for Hatch Embroidery 2 to integrate with the software.
IMPORTANT: You must be signed into your CorelDRAW software with the purchased email address you used when you purchased your CorelDRAW. Otherwise, Hatch Embroidery is not able to link to it. You CANNOT use a trial version of CorelDRAW. This does not have to be the same email address you used with your Hatch Embroidery purchase. If you experience problems, please contact Corel directly to sort out the email address your purchased license is attached to. Wilcom does not have access to this information.
NOTE: Corel does not support the above versions with Windows 11. However, we do have customers that have successfully used the above versions with Windows 11, but not all. We, therefore, do not support Corel on Windows 11.
NOTE: Hatch v1 & Hatch v2 will NOT work with CorelDRAW 2019 or 2020.
If you own another version of CorelDRAW and it does not link to Hatch Embroidery 2, you can still use it as a stand-alone program. You simply do your work in Corel > save to one of the image formats that Hatch Embroidery can read, and then open the file in Hatch Embroidery.
Here are the image formats that Hatch Embroidery can open:
Tip: If you are saving your artwork in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator to an image file format to then open in Hatch Embroidery, the recommended method to save is:
Save to .PNG with these settings:
NOTE: You can only open CDR files if you have an approved version of CorelDraw installed and it is linked to Hatch.
We will help you to connect your CorelDRAW with Hatch Embroidery. However, we cannot guarantee your version will integrate with Hatch Embroidery.
Support for the use of your CorelDRAW program will be directly with Corel. Hatch Embroidery cannot offer you this support.
NOTE: Corel does not support the above versions with Windows 11. However, we do have customers that have successfully used the above versions with Windows 11, but not all. We, therefore, do not support Corel on Windows 11.
Hatch Embroidery is NOT compatible with any Home or Student versions.
Hatch Embroidery 2 is not compatible with CorelDRAW x6, as this program is too old and is no longer supported by the Corel Corporation. Therefore we cannot support it.
