Which fonts are included in Hatch Embroidery 3?

Below is a list of the fonts included with each level of Hatch Embroidery 3. They are listed in alphabetical order, the same as they will be listed in your software font list.

Category will give you a quick view of what style of fonts they are

Join tells you if they are Closest Join (CJ) or As Digitized (AD).

  • Closest Join: The entry and exit point will change to closest join based on the letters next to each other.
  • As Digitized: These fonts will not have their joins changed. They are "fixed" and should not be broken apart. They should be used "as digitized". These are generally special stitched fonts so if the joins were changed, they would not look good.

Min/Max: The recommended minimum and maximum size range for each font. While the software will allow you to go outside this range, you should check for any stitch width that is too wide for your machine to stitch. We highly recommend that you do a test stitch first.

Please refer to the Online User Guide for more details and information on fonts included with your Hatch Embroidery 3 software as well as for additional font packs that can be purchased.

There are 72 fonts included with Personalizer and Composer v3.

There are 124 fonts included with Digitizer v3.

Why do I see additional fonts listed in my Hatch Embroidery 3 that are not listed above or do not show up in my software?

Hatch Embroidery installs all the latest fonts available, including the add-on fonts you can purchase. These are listed above but not activated until you purchase them. If they are listed in the software files, but not listed above, this would indicate they are one of the optionally purchased fonts.  This way you do not need to install anything once you purchase them. Simply restart your software and they should appear. NOTE: this does NOT apply to 3rd party purchased fonts.
