Where to enter the confirmation code?

When you reset your password or migrate your email to the new website you will receive a confirmation code via your email.  If you close the confirmation code window there is a way to get it back.

NOTE: Your confirmation code is only good for 1 hour.  If the hour has passed you will need to submit to send a new code.

1. Go to the hatch website: www.hatchembroidery.com

2. Click on Sign in:

3. Click on "Forgot Password"

You do not need to fill out the other blanks.

4. Click on "Already have a reset code?"

 

5. Fill out all blanks:

You are now ready to sign in to the website.
