Hatch Embroidery Customizer and above offers incredible lettering and monogramming features. There are many professional embroidery fonts included with the software, but many look for something a little more special and constantly want variety.

Here are the details of font packs 1-5.  You can also find these in your online documentation.

If you have purchased these fonts, you do not need to install anything.  You only need to restart your software and they will appear. 

A quick check to see if they were added is to look for the font "Eliza".  If you see this listed in the font list within your software, you will know your fonts were added correctly.
