How to save your favorite toolbar layout and how to restore the toolbar layout to the factory default toolbar layout?

How to save the favorite toolbar layout?

  1. Arrange toolbar layout in a desirable way
  2. Go to the following folder:

Hatch v3: C:\Program Files\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 3\BIN

Hatch v2: C:\Program Files (x86)\wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 2\BIN

  1. Double click on this file: SaveProfileSnapshot.bat
  2. You will see a Command window appear




5. Next Windows will ask permission to Modify the Registry, click “Yes”
6. You will then get a success message (It may be hiding behind the Command Window)




7. Last, click OK and the command prompt window will close.


How to restore the toolbar layout to the factory default toolbar layout?

If you wish to restore the toolbar layout to the factory default toolbar layout, the procedure is below:

Close HATCH Software program 

In Hatch v2

  1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 2\BIN
  2. Double click on this file: 

    ResetProfile.BAT

    Note: the toolbar layout is restored to the factory default toolbar layout.

In Hatch v3

  1. Go to your Start Menu and navigate to Hatch Embroidery 3
  2. Click on Revert
  3. Select Toolbars, OK.
