How to Identify if Hatch Embroidery 2 is installed?
Note: Please click here to check if your system meets the requirements prior to installation
1. Locate your downloaded HATCH EMBROIDERY 2 version from the DOWNLOADS folder or the place where you've downloaded the file.
Note: If not downloaded yet please click here to download the software
2. Right click the file > Select Run as Administrator > Follow the steps as prompted
3. Once completed, open the CONTROL PANEL from this computer and locate if HATCH EMBROIDERY 2 is listed (sample image below)
4. Once listed, close the Control Panel.
5. Locate the Hatch Embroidery 2 icon from your Desktop > right click the Hatch Embroidery 2 desktop icon on your computer and click Open or Run
6. Login through the log in page using your Hatch Embroidery email account 
6. Once you've launched Hatch Embroidery 2 > Click Help > About
Then you should be seeing the version as V2.0D
