How to check design thumbnail settings in File Explorer

How to check design thumbnail settings in File Explorer

If the design thumbnails do not show up and you only see the icon of the software brand, please check the thumbnail setting in the Options of File Explorer. It might have been turned off.

Please check and make sure thumbnails is not turned off (DO NOT have the checkbox ticked). Please refer to the screenshot below for the instruction:
