How do I reset my Hatch Embroidery password?

I forgot my password or simply want to reset it to a new one.

This is fairly easy to do. Just follow these steps.

  1. Go to www.hatchembroidery.com 
  2. Ensure you are SIGNED OUT of the website & be sure to click to refresh your screen.
  3. Click the Sign In option in the top banner menu.  Do NOT allow your browser to auto fill in your email and/or password. Make sure you manually type it in! Your browser may be using the wrong auto fill.

         

     4.  Then Click "Forgot Password"
           
          

    5.  Enter your email address and click on "Reset Password"

         
        


6.  You will receive verification code in the Inbox of your email account ( You can check in Junk/Spam if not in Inbox ) . KEEP THE HATCH PAGE OPEN WHILE YOU GO TO YOUR EMAIL AND GET THE CODE.  Then come back to this page to enter it.


      
 
7.  Type the new password and click on "Reset Password".
IMPORTANT: Your password must contain at least 8 characters consisting of lower case, at least 1 upper case letter, and at least 1 number. This will become the password you will also use to sign in to your Hatch software.

 

8.  You will get a confirmation message as below

     

 

9.  You can then log in using your new password to the Hatch website and your Hatch software.
