How do I register my Hatch Embroidery account on the new Hatch website ?

How do I register my Hatch Embroidery account on the new Hatch website ?



1) Please go to the Hatch Embroidery website registration and complete the registration form. 
Link: https://profile.hatchembroidery.com/signup

If it appears as below, click on "Register new account"




2) Complete the form (shown below) where you can complete the required fields.

Enter all the information and agree to the terms and conditions to register.  

Password and User Name requirements:

IMPORTANT: Your Username can be anything you want it to be but it MUST not have any spaces.

IMPORTANT: Your password must contain at least 8 characters consisting of lower case, at least 1 upper case letter, and at least 1 number. 

This will become the password you will also use to sign in to your Hatch Embroidery software.

3) Once you click on Register, you will see the message on the pop-up window as below.

Click "Yes" to continue.

           ​

4)  The page below will open.  KEEP IT OPEN!

Now... go to your email inbox and retrieve the code. 

Insert the code and then click on "Submit code"

DO NOT click on the "Have an existing account" box.

KEEP THIS PAGE OPEN WHILE YOU GO TO YOUR EMAIL TO GET THE CODE.

           




5) You will see the confirmation message below pop up in green and you will be directed to the login page.

              ​

6. You can then log in using your email address and password.

 

ALL DONE!!
