Hatch Embroidery thumbnails have black backgrounds
Symptom: Hatch Embroidery thumbnails have black backgrounds when displayed in Manage Library or File Explorer
Wilcom Software : Hatch Embroidery
Solution:
1. Open Disk Cleanup > Run As Administrator (Disk Cleanup wizard will start scanning)
2. Select C: > Thumbnails > Click OK
3. ​Disk Cleanup will ask you as per below > Click Delete Files
4. Once completed, Re-Launch the Hatch Embroidery software. This will remove the black background of the thumbnails.
