Hatch Embroidery crashes when saving EMB designs using Parallels on a MAC

ENVIRONMENT:  

• Parallels 17-ARM
• Windows 11 Home - running its latest update

HATCH EMBROIDERY 3 Location: -  C:\Program Files\Wilcom\Hatch Embroidery 3 

 

OPTION 1:

• Create a folder within the local C drive. For example C:\Hatch3 files
• Open Hatch Embroidery 3
• Create your EMB Design
• Click Save Design
• Select the path > C:\Hatch3 files 
• Save

OPTION 2:

• Create a folder within the local C drive. For example C:\Hatch3 files
• Open Hatch Embroidery 3
• Create your EMB Design
• Click Save Design as
• Select the path   > C:\Hatch3 files 
• Save

 

File > Save Design as  > Save directly in Local C:   |  Save design as in local C: subfolder

MAC / Parallels :
