Hatch doesn't remember the preferred location where I am saving my files

Scenario  : Hatch doesn't remember my preferred location where I am saving my files 

 

Below is the link to the file Hatch_SetupV2.1D_R2.exe that needs to be downloaded and installed to help resolve this issue.

Please make sure that no antivirus is enabled to avoid the setup file being blocked. 

Temporarily DISABLE the antivirus for now and enable it back once the update has been applied.

 

Once the file has been downloaded, close Hatch v2.

Install the R2 update, once completed. Restart the PC and re-open Hatch v2.
