These errors are due to a corrupted Hatch Embroidery software license file on the PC.
Wilcom Software affected: HATCH v1
Solution: Download and Install the Hatch v1.0R R2 Update
Please note:
Prior to Download and Installation :
Temporarily disable any anti-virus installed on this computer.
Temporarily disable your internet browser pop-up blocker to continue downloading the update.
Internet should be on stable connection , cable connected if possible to avoid any connection interruptions.
Click the link Download here, Click Run or Save button and follow the instruction steps
Restart your computer once and open Hatch V1.0R
