This page provides instructions on how to activate your Hatch Embroidery software, fonts packs, or CorelDRAW® and Cross Stitch GEM purchase.

Hatch Embroidery 3 Software

If you purchased a new or update to Hatch Embroidery 3:

  1. Download Hatch Embroidery 3 software - Click HERE
  2. Install Hatch Embroidery 3 software
  3. Open and log into your software with your registered Hatch Embroidery account
 
If you purchased an upgrade from a lower level to a higher level within the same version:
  1. Close your Hatch Embroidery software with sign out and release licence.
  2. Open and log into your software with your registered Hatch Embroidery account

Font Packs or Keyboard Design Collections

If you purchased a Font Pack or Keyboard Design Collection from hatchembroidery.com only for Hatch Embroidery 2 or Hatch Embroidery 3:

  1. Close your Hatch Embroidery software
  2. Open and log into your software with your registered Hatch Embroidery account

Your fonts should now be available in your font list.

NOTE: not all fonts will work with previous versions. Be sure to check this on the font purchase page before you buy.

If your font was purchased from a third party other than hatchembroidery.com, please contact the seller for instructions.

 

CorelDRAW® GEM

If you purchased the CorelDRAW® GEM for Hatch Embroidery 3:

  1. Download CorelDRAW® Software - Click HERE.
  2. Install CorelDRAW®
  3. Copy and paste your CorelDRAW® product key from your profile page to activate it upon installation - Click HERE.
 

Cross Stitch GEM

If you purchased the Cross Stitch GEM in Hatch Embroidery 3:

  1. Close your Hatch Embroidery software
  2. Open and log into your software with your registered Hatch Embroidery account

Your Cross Stitch GEM feature will now be available in your Hatch Embroidery software.
