Symptom / Scenario: An unhandled error occurred after signing into Hatch 3.
SOLUTION: Update the Time Zone and Time
Open the Windows system clock.
Open the Windows Settings [see illustration below]
Settings > Time & language > Date & time. Use the drop-down menu under the time zone to choose the correct time zone.
Set your Time Zone Correctly and validate the time/date is correct, then SYNCHRONIZE the clock.
