If you get the Unknown Error (H0078) while trying to login to Hatch V3.
Please follow the solution as advised
Solution:
Please follow this path: C:\ProgramData\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\30918
Delete xxxxxxxxxx_base.v2c and xxxxxxxxxxx_update1.v2c
Then, Launch the Hatch V3Hatch should work as expected
Note: If you cannot locate the folder C:\ProgramData\Wilcom, it may be hidden, please see here to reveal the folder
