1. If you have access to your old email & you do not have a Hatch account for the new email.
Please visit www.hatchembroidery.com and log in and go to "Profile"
The following form will be auto-populated from your Profile. Click Change email and follow the prompts
Notes: You will need to confirm your change request from your old email address. Please check your SPAM folder for the confirmation message. You will not be able to change to an email address associated with an existing Hatch account.
If you do not have the "change email" button, you will need to contact support for additional help. Please send them a screen capture of what you do have showing.
2. If you have already created an account with the new email address:

4. If you did not migrate your account to our 2019 server and still have access to your email account.
Access to your email account is required. If you do not have access, please return to section three of this article.
