I forgot my password or simply want to reset it to a new one.
This is fairly easy to do. Just follow these steps.
- Go to www.wilcom.com/hatch
- Ensure you are SIGNED OUT of the website
- Click the Sign In link in the top banner menu
- Insert your registered email address into the popup box and click "Reset Password"
- A message will let you know that an email has been sent to your inbox
- Click the "RESET PASSWORD" button in the email
The USERNAME will be required for the next step
- Insert your USERNAME and new password.
It's important that you DO NOT insert your email address. You will find your username in the email that was sent
It may look like this "UserName18324354"
- You have 60 minutes to complete the reset before it expires. If it does expire you will see this message and you will need to request a new password reset at Step 4.
- When complete, you will see this successful message.
Click on the link to return to the Hatch Embroidery website and you will be automatically signed in
