Symptom: Hatch v2 software is not opening / no response
Wilcom Software affected: Hatch v2
OS Platform: Windows
Solution: Please follow the steps below
1. First is to open the CONTROL PANEL from this computer
2. Please locate if HATCH V2 was installed
(SAMPLE IMAGE BELOW)
Once confirmed, Close Control Panel
3. If you click the Windows Icon located on the left bottom corner of the screen then you can browse the programs, do you see the HATCH EMBROIDERY 2?
4. Locate HATCH V2 icon from your Desktop > right click the HATCH V2 DESKTOP icon on your computer and select Run as Administrator
5. Login through the log in page using your HATCH email account
6. Once the HATCH V2 has launched > Click Help > About
Then you should be seeing the version as V2.1D R4 7 Jul 2021 (130-20164) .
