How do I change the password to my Hatch Embroidery software?
Go to the website at www.wilcom.com/hatch
Click to "Sign In" to your account in the top menu
Insert your current email address and password.
Once signed in, click the "Profile" button that now appears on the top menu.
Once on this page, it will display your profile details and allow you to update and save them.
Make you sure click "UPDATE" when this has been completed.
