How do I log into my FlexPay account to update, change my credit card, or enter the card details after I have had a failed payment?
To update your account details used for FlexPay, sign in to your account on the Hatch website.
Click on the Support icon:
Now click on Update FlexPay Payment Details
Enter your complete card details (even if it is the same)
Then click "SUBMIT" button
It's important to check that the card details entered are correct as it will only be verified when FlexPay attempts to take the next payment. If any details are incorrect, it will continue to fail.
Your card must be a MasterCard or Visa credit card.
It must allow recurring payments and international transactions.
If your payment continues to fail, contact your bank/card company.
