Symptom:
It shows white paper icons instead of Design Thumbnails for the design files in the large icon view in "My Designs".
Solution:
It is caused by a software conflicting with other embroidery software, such as, Embrilliance Thumbnailer, or Embird Iconizer. Please uninstall Embrilliance Thumbnailer or Embird Iconizer and let Hatch software to manage the Design Thumbnails on the PC. After the third party embroidery software is uninstalled, please download and run a software utility to repair the Design Thumbnails from the link below:

1) Download the file on your PC
2) Unzip the downloaded file to a folder
3) Get into the folder and double clicking on the "RegisterEMBShellExt.exe" file
Note: After it runs, the Design Thumbnails should be displayed normally.
